Meet Dr. Saltman

Dr. Zach Saltman is a board eligible oral surgeon trained locally at the highly-competitive Medstar Washington Hospital Center residency program in Washington, D.C. This program is nationally recognized for its unique and intense training in dental implantology, in addition to offering premier full-scope training in oral & maxillofacial surgery. In his final year of specialty training, he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Saltman brings his comprehensive and cutting-edge implant training to the practice and our community, along with the compassion, patience, and finesse, for which he came to be known during his training. His philosophy prioritizes patient education and empowerment, as well as using advanced techniques and technology to achieve optimal esthetic and functional results via the least invasive methods available.

Dr. Saltman grew up in St. Louis, MO and brings his Midwestern kindness and candor to work every day. He attended the University of Pennsylvania to complete his undergraduate degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry. During his time at Temple, he conducted and presented award-winning scientific research, received the Howard Carson, DMD Award for Excellence in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honors Society. In addition to his academic achievements, his experience in amateur comedy screenwriting is evident from his sense of humor and fun-loving spirit.
